At Shrivaa, every jar is made with care — small batch, sourced directly, and packed to the highest standard we can hold ourselves to.

Because these being consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is standard practice for food and wellness products, and exists to protect the integrity and safety of every batch we send out.

We stand fully behind the quality of what's inside every jar. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please write to us at shrivaaonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will make it right immediately — no questions asked.

If you're trying Shrivaa for the first time, we recommend starting with one of our smaller sizes before committing to a larger jar. Our 10g Pure Hing Resin and 30-piece Hing Goli are designed exactly for this — they let you experience the quality, potency and difference of pure hing at a fraction of the cost, before you decide to stock up.

We're confident you'll taste the difference. But we'd rather you discover that for yourself, at your own pace.
